Character First Mentoring is a nonprofit organization, founded by the Leadership of President Damian S. Joseph and Secretary/Treasurer Tawanda M Joseph to empower youth who deserve every opportunity to thrive.

At Character First Mentoring; our mission is to effectively and efficiently mentor boys ages nine to sixteen to provide guidance and support that help in personal growth, academic success, and essential life skills, enabling them to navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.
