My name is Damian Joseph. Besides being a highly successful Certied Teacher for the past 28years. Fourteen years at Zion Preparatory Academy. A private Christian School in Seattle Washington. Fourteen years at West Seattle Elementary, Seattle Public Schools.Well loved by all at both schools. I was also featured as one of the main non-fictional biographical characters in the book, “The Hustle,” written by Doug Merlino.

I was highlighted in the Seattle Times article, “Why I Teach.” In 2023 I was chosen as Oce Depot Teacher of the Year at West Seattle Elementary. I hold a High School Diploma from Seattle Preparatory High School. I Have a BA degree from Seattle University and I participated in graduate school at Pacic Oaks College Seattle.

I take pride in seeing and helping other people become better, while at the same time helping myself. My motto is “We Win”!! In other words, even when it looks like we are losing we are winning because winning is simply an attitude!!
